La Nina House

This project required us to design a house for a family of five. The house was situated on the Cliff St, The Hill Newcastle. The site had view towards the ocean and Newcastle Harbour, which the family sought to utilize however; they also requested that they be sheltered from the high winds that frequented the site. The family also requested a large open lounge room with views, a study and a large outdoor area for entertaining. In order to achieve this; the house was design to take advantage of all views via numerous nooks and glass facades.
