A manifesto was created as requirement of 'History and Theory in the Built Environment 2'. A manifesto is a document that states the designer's personal design approach and views. The manifesto was constructed by researching and aligning ourselves with an established architectural movement. Through this architectural movement we, as designers were to outline our individual design beliefs, which we would endeavor to implement into all future design projects. I aligned myself with the Post-Modern Eclecticism movement. This movement aimed to revolt against the modernist, sterile and controlled architecture, by incorporating various influences and styles into a single design.
